The “Paniolo” came first… to “Cowboy” up!

To give honor to the legacy of who we are

we will need to be less restricted by view,

this is when perception of any issue turns

into something more some how to ensue

but it is to dishonor our own ways of who

we are as we would focus on yet another,

no more important to us than our own way…

now things laid upon the feet of a Brother,

this is when we see ourselves as nothing

but the stereotype of what we are instead,

the who we are is not affected by condition

and out of place, being unaffected, or read

into… this “feel good” position assumes it

is the “better way” to broaden and embrace

the time and place, the spatial hemispheres

of thought stuck on nervous activity to trace,

this is much more, we are told, than it seems

if we start to believe our own PR on mind,

this is the kicker… the obsession detracts

from who we all are, difference then unkind.

What do you think of when you think cowboy? Individualism! Hard working! Old Western high-tech! If perception is the basis for being for or against “the image of a Cowboy” is when what we feel, ourselves… if negative, is transferred to another, and if positive will bring no need to assault anyone or be upset by the image.

The opposite holds true, enamored with a specific life or lifestyle might have you emulate it to be a part of it- to have it for yourself.

This opinion will skirt on the fringes of psychology… the bedrock of reason, and ruminate on “feelings” and emotion- as feelings impact our actions. Under the heading of “Changing thought” (at this link) is found this line of thought.

If you can interrupt these useless and often irrational thoughts you will not have to feel the negative emotions associated with those thoughts.

This is denial… when he raises his ugly head!

So, thoughts can become feelings… and feelings can influence our actions. This becomes the truest reason found to support the claim,”We are what we think we are”. Is this entirely true? When two people get married there are six pairs of shoes, three pairs for the man he was, the one he is and the one she hopes he will become. The same works for the Groom here. This comes back to how we perceive it to be. In reality, difference is all we have in common and then how we react to it (our own behavior caused by something real or imagined).

This should help seal the deal!

To say one sees a pattern or shape of something in anything is vagueness expounded on at the very least! Does that cloud look like a rabbit to you too… or a horse with long ears?

When it comes to “Cowboys” though, historically speaking, I think of Hawaii. The history of America’s first Cowboys, the Paniolo, were trained by Mexican-Spanish vaqueros… already a heritage steeped with colorful influence and tradition. I also think of Parker Ranch… I knew one of the family and worked with him in my “Culinary” years at the Flamingo Hilton, Laughlin, NV.- a Butcher named Sam.

Hawaiian Cowboy, Paniolo: 1832

Cowboys in the Pacific Northwest: 1846

… and in California and Texas: 1848

It is the same banter,

the canter of a dead horse…

and whining to outcome,

when you can just take

the life without respect to

a country’s laws, so dumb,

try that in any other…

my Brother, my Sister and

find peace to be gladsome,

the enemy supposes to

offer you a glittered utopia

but pyrite… cost to loathsome,

the ideals of our Founding

now hang in the balance…

end rush seen as their endgame.

The complaint in the West has essentially become the same as we see predominately in, around and about Israel. This is the “progressive” thought… associated to and from Communist thought- Marxism to be precise!

When “Progressive is to Maplethorpe” what “Whipped cream is to strawberry shortcake”… we should re-think why and what it portends/means to be “Progressive”, shouldn’t we?

The quote above is meant to be one which questions what we believe to be truthful… or not! How about you, what do you believe? The line below comes from the link above. It is for this reason I’m thankful Hillary did not get the presidency… more of the same policies practiced by Obama- to lead us closer to our demise as a country.

During the 1990s, the DSA gave the Clinton administration an overall rating of C-, “less than satisfactory”.

I’d guess today the Clintons would score higher… being that Hillary aided a sitting President (Obama) to help pass (aided and abetted) UN Resolution 16/18 (an international political cause), and the DSA calls the actions of Israel comparable to apartheid. Look below for the latest example (first… and through this link). Here is an Editorial/Opinion from Jerusalem addressing the issue (clearly) or this one. Since it is gaining in popularity, to use articles from the Guardian (a UK publication), let’s also provide the flip-side of the coin (the US edition) in this debacle. Also, if the UK is going to be thought of as a favorable source to turn one’s head… then I’ll give you two more quotes to settle down with and digest them thoroughly- found with Margaret Thatcher and Winston Churchill.

When you can speak for one group and end up causing deleterious effects on others (any others) is when the words will be used to: denigrate Jews, stand against Israel and oppose the living God. How much chance do you give this or would you see to it as being beneficial?

Let’s rob from the rich… and keep it!

The blowback from division is worth trying… unity to stand!

There has not been ignorance to

the law of the land but a flagrant

disregard to the laws in place…

to the position one held to grant

personal gain over the people’s

business, grubby are hands taken

to councils and limit freedom known

then the goal is the US to weaken!

Is there such a thing as a “Qualified immunity” and how would it look… other than uber alis (above the law)? Sure there is… seen here! Is there a “Mistake of law” and yes here is also the proper answer… seen here. Then there is “Secret law” and an implied squabble present today in all three branches of Government- see an abstract (from here) below.

Since about 2015 the branches of the United States federal government have accused one another of creating secret law. Journalists, scholars, and anti-secrecy activists have also made similar allegations. Scholarly analysis has shown that secret law is present in all three branches.

How about “Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity” for basic reference to mission and conduct becoming of an agent for the FBI? Please keep in mind… “Investigation” is part of the title for the FBI; which does not include: judgement, due process or decision to be applied: through, by or from a bias perceived- justice is supposed to be blindly applicable to us all… as Americans.

When you think of the FBI… is it as unbiased as they should be?

fidelity… faithfulness to a person, cause, or belief, demonstrated by continuing loyalty and support: he sought only the strictest fidelity to justice.(an Apple definition)

integrity… completeness, fulness. Innocence, simplicity.

[In abstract and from the link above on “Mistake of law”]

Thus a lawful excuse may be acknowledged by a court to arise when a person honestly but mistakenly believes that the actions are necessary and reasonable.

[Please remember one thing… Hillary is a lawyer too, and knows the difference between wrong and right, doesn’t she?]

[DISCLAIMER: This is not meant as an insult against lawyers!]

Prevention to access is innocence maintained, isn’t it? Yes, it looks suspicious but is it to hide something or to maintain a faux sense of legality… limit disclosures undesired?

When cries of “racist’ abound… and people confusing: migration with immigration, opposition to belief is considered the “reason” acceptable to slander anyone with “a racist label” or to deny equality of its barest essence for the sake of political gains… we should beware of the consequences to our actions. So let’s not act so offended by the truth being wrung out before us.

Genesis 20:5 Said he not unto me, She is my sister? and she, even she herself said, He is my brother: in the integrity of my heart and innocency of my hands have I done this.

To which would you strive for in this life, your own satisfaction or God’s?

12 And as for me, thou upholdest me in mine integrity, and settest me before thy face for ever.
